Monte da Ravasqueira

Since 1943, a family home that protects 3000 hectares of Alentejo. A unique place that gives rise to surprising wines of superior quality, originating in a microclimate that positively affects the vineyards planted since 1998. A history that has always been guided by rigor, demand and attention to the smallest details. A story in every bottle. Ravasqueira wines were born from a dream, and every day everything is done to honor this dream, which is fulfilled through a culture of overcoming, demand and deep admiration for the Alentejo. On the label of each bottle we remember José Manuel de Mello and his passion and dedication to the art of producing great wines. We remember with nostalgia, but above all with great responsibility, all the teachings he left behind. Borba, Évora, Redondo and Reguengos, four of the eight sub-regions into which Alentejo is divided, embody the Alentejo identity: land of balance and harmony, in the right proportion between freshness and fruit, energy and softness. It is in this range, where the best wines in the region come from, that Monte da Ravasqueira is located.
