Tasting Notes:
It is rich in floral notes, lime and apricot, mineral and presenting with mild barley. In the tasting, it proves to be daring, with solid acidity and attractive, to which is added notes of biscuit and orange blossom, showing a long and lemonade texture finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
