Intense garnet colour with medium density, so characteristic of the grape variety. Nose with dry fruit, coffee, and a hint of chocolate, but somewhat closed, rising in intensity with time, and with minty notes. To taste, it has intense notes of cherry, tobacco, and several mineral notes that, at times, overpower the palate, as well as a great freshness and a taste of vegetables. Deep and dry tannins, revealing an imperative gastronomic profile.
Store and Serve Advices:
Benefits from airing in a decanter. Perfect serve 14º C.
