Winemaking:
The grapes are 100% destemmed; 2 days cold soak; alcoholic fermentation begins at 20º C and ends at 25º C in stainless steel tanks. 50% of the blend aged for 6 months in French and American used oak.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with braised fish cooking medium, spicy red meats, Stews.
