This Moreto varietal was born from a single plot, in a dryland vineyard with about 50 years old, planted in clay and limestone soil. It was vinified with indigenous yeasts according to the traditional process, in two clay pots of about of 1200 kilos.

Tasting Notes:
It shows in the aroma and flavour all the character of the vine, the grape variety and the winemaking process. Very pure in the fruit, elegant and refined on the tannins, fresh and balanced, a red that mirrors the land that saw it born.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 16 º C.
Food Pairing:
It is an excellent companion for black pork dishes, grilled or stewed, and its elegance and earthy flavours make it a great partner for mushroom risotto or tagliatelle with truffles, for example.
