Tasting Notes:
Old golden colour. Complex aromas of vanilla, with some notes of jam and spices. On the palate, good sized, towering fruit notes of nuts (hazelnuts) and candied fruit (orange). A delicate wine with a long, velvety finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.

Food Pairing:
Serve with toasted almonds and game meat. It is also delicious to enjoy with almond or hazelnut tarts, candy eggs, puddings and ice cream with flavours of dried fruit.

A sweet style of white Port, almost tawny in character, with nuts, acidity and old fruit flavors. Crystallized red fruits add an extra element. Drink by itself, or as long cocktail with tonic.
