Promotion valid from the 1th of October 2024 up to the 31th of December 2024 and subject to the available stockWinemaking:The grapes were harvested manually on the island of Porto Santo, and loaded onto a cold truck for transport by boat to the island of Madeira (since it is not legal to vinify in Porto Santo). They were selected on a sorting table and pressed in whole bunches, for decantation deposits inside a refrigerated container, with three pressing fractions being separated, without any use of SO2. The first and second press fractions were placed to ferment in stainless steel vats lying on lees, with a capacity between 250 L and 1000 L, where they were aged for only 3 months and then bottled in order to retain all their aromatic potential.

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow colour open. Intense, fresh nose, floral notes, combined with iodine and gunpowder profiles. Fresh attack, crunchy and with great freshness and acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 6-8ºC to be drunk at 10ºC. Keep the bottle in a horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Excellent for fresh dishes, ceviche, carpaccio, oysters, clams, leaner grilled fish.
