Grapes were carefully selected and transported in boxes of 20 kg. This Verdelho blend was made from wines with cold skin maceration during 2 days, alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Aged for 12 months in a clay amphorae.

Tasting Notes:
Light citrus yellow colour. Notes of peach, floral, citrus hints, some oxidative notes and terracotta (baked clay or ceramic). It presents itself dry and with a good concentration in the mouth, some clay flavour and salty touch in a broad mineral finish and a persistent fine dryness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 11/13ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with Espetada, Roast Beef, Game Meat and Mature cheese.
