The Colares vineyards, grown on land of sand, were saved while phylloxera destroyed the vineyards throughout the country. António Bernardino da Silva is one of the oldest producers in the region and one resistant to urban pressure that invades the land for cultivation. Struggling to keep the typicality of its wine, this producer is the stronghold of one of the world's most precious nectars.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour, aroma quite interesting because it has a note but very positive developments, is a full white with notes of slight resin and honey, all clipping classic but original. The slight oxidation that feel in the mouth will not prevent a good race at the table.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
