Winemaking:
The Vinha de Martim "Vale da Maria" is a new offering, sourced from a north and east-facing single vineyard (over 80 years old). It is getting somewhat difficult to differentiate between the many levels and labels here, but here is another. It is a field blend aged for nine months in French oak (75% new and 25% second use).
