Winemaking:
Transport in 20 kg boxes, destemming without crushing, pre-fermentation maceration before pressing for 4 to 6 hours, pressing, static decanting for 48 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at 15ºC to 17ºC.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour, intense aroma of mineral character in balance with notes of melon, grapefruit and subtle notes of honey. In the mouth it is round, fresh and with a persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10º and 12º C. Store the bottle upright, in a cool, dry and dark place.

Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
