After harvesting in the second week of September, the fruits were selected and destemmed and then crushed in a pneumatic press. The subsequent fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank at low temperatures for 4 weeks and, finally, it aged on the fine lees for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour. Very fresh and vibrant character with citrus and mineral notes. In the mouth it presents an excellent balance and purity of flavours.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
