The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard and were completely destemmed and crushed. After cold soak, pre-fermentation skin contact for 48 hours, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with total maceration of more than 60 days, but without major extraction. The wine was transferred to stainless steel vats where malolactic fermentation occurred, and was then aged in 500L French oak barrels (new and second-use) for 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
It is a deep ruby red and has an intense, complex aroma. Floral notes of rock-rose and lavender can be distinguished, plus spices, pepper, cloves and aroma of ripe red fruits. A crisp, well integrated acidity is noted in the mouth. The tannins are of significant quality, with hints of spices and ripe red fruits. The finish is long, intense and harmonious.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal for accompanying roasted goat meat, mutton, chicken rice.
