The destemming is complete and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, where the treading is done by robot. Malolactic fermentation and aging is in new barrels for 15 months.

Only Cabernet Sauvignon. Lively red fruit, very youthful and with claw, cedar resin, balsamic, very intense and deep. Beautiful volume in the mouth, with lots of quality fruit, wide, deep and with a long finish. Intense and very captivating.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept horizontally in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. It should be served at a temperature between 16ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with fine meats, game and intense cheeses, both soft and cured.
