citrus yellow with hints of hay and greenish. On the nose there are hints of tea leaf with some lemon. Full attack, textured, with acidity appearing at the end of the tasting. Persistent where the toasted notes stand out.

Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 12°C.
