Winemaking:
After reaching the optimum ripening point, determined by strict controls in selected vineyards, the grapes were harvested and vinified with modern technology, without ever forgetting the ancestral knowledge and traditions of the Vinho Verde Region.

Grape Varieties:
Loureiro,Trajadura,Arinto

Tasting Notes:
Clear colour, citrus yellow. Floral notes and exotic fruits. Bulky, with good acidity, revealing a good alcohol-acid balance. Refreshing and elegant.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 6 and 8º C.

Food Pairing:
Due to its characteristics, it is a wine that goes well with fish, seafood and salads.
