Winemaking:
This wine is produced in our winery with carefully selected grapes from the best vineyards of the Vinhos Verdes Region – the most extensive in Portugal. The grapes are pressed at low temperatures and the must is then clarified and fermented at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.

Presents a lime juice colour and a clear appearance. This is a smooth and fresh wine with a delicate and fruity aroma, young and balanced. Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended temperature for tasting between 8 and 10ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine is ideal as an appetizer or throughout a meal, especially oriental cuisine, light fish dishes and fresh salads. Due to its freshness, it is particularly pleasant in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Always a go to wine

We drink our wine with Soda Water to make it go further, but, Casal Garcia has a nice light taste and can be drunk as is....the Rose isn't bad either.

OMG

One of the best whites I have consumed. May be my favorite. So light with just a hint of lovely effervescence. So nice and the price... just wow.

Delicious

I work long time in a portuguese restaurant, and I waited years to try those amazing wine...<br /> Probably because the color or name , but after I felt in love , with a seafood is always my recommendation for friends; I hope never stop production of that ones life delights ❤️❤️❤️
