Winemaking:
Manual harvest of the grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection at the winery entrance. Later stemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature of 17º C and bâtonnage. Aging in stainless steel vats and partly in French oak barrels.

Viosinho,Gouveio

Citrus hue colour. Intense aroma with floral notes, vanilla nuances of partial fermentation in barrels. It has volume in the mouth, where the freshness of the varieties and the structure from the barrel are harmonized, making its flavour a velvety feel.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
Can be served as an appetizer or paired with fish, seafood or poultry.

Contains sulphites.
