Winemaking:
Made from the best grapes from old vines of the variety Touriga Nacional and Merlot, fermented and matured with bâtonnage for 3 months in barrels with five years of French oak.

Tasting Notes:
Crystalline and salmon colour. Aromas and cherry blossoms, green apple and lime, wrapped in vanilla notes. Enveloping, silky, very fresh, with a lingering finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.

Food Pairing:
This wine pairs well with sushi, fish and salads. Also as an appetizer.

Contains sulphites.
