Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermentation in stainless steel vat and stage in bottle. Matured for 3 years in cellar after the second fermentation.
Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Chardonnay,Cerceal,Pinot Noir,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Intense fruity aroma apples, plums and caramel. flavour with a remarkable balance between acidity and fruity prolonged and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, and with light meals and roasts or even desserts.
