Winemaking:
In its vinification was used a traditional method; fermented at a controlled temperature (25 ° C), followed by a period of post-fermentative skin maceration. Finally, after separation of the solid parts, 85% of the wine aged for 11 months in second and third year French oak barrels. In May the final batch was prepared and then bottled. Already in the bottle, it ages in the cellars of the company until its commercialization.
