Made from a single grape, Tinta Roriz, fermented in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Matured for 14 months in French oak barrels, of which 35% new, and one year in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour. Aroma of ripe fruit, strawberry, raspberry and light vanilla. Chocolate flavour, with ripe red fruit and light spice notes. Long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature around 16ºC-18ºC. It can be drunk after bottling but can also age well in the bottle until 15 to 20 years after the date of harvest.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
