The grapes were vinified with a short cold maceration. They fermented at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, for 8 days, with a daily "delestage" regime and manual reassembly. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. The wine aged in barrels (50% new) for 12 months, followed by a prolonged aging in the bottle.

Bright red and intense, its aroma is enveloping and characteristic with emphasis on cassis and fruits of the forest. In the mouth it is structured and balanced, confirming the notes of forest fruits and elegant complex vegetable with tannins present, promising good bottle potential.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 18°C.
