Part of the harvest is trodden in marble vats and partially destemmed. The remainder undergoes fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats, with long post-fermentation maceration. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 12 months in French oak half barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept horizontally in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Choose the right moment to drink it, and take time to prepare the bottle and enjoy the occasion. Ideally, the bottle should be stood upright the night before. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It should be decanted before serving to separate the wine from the natural deposit. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy it, accompanied by fine red meat or game dishes, or even hard cheeses.
