Total destemming without crushing, fermented in stainless steel vats at 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Maturation in the same barrels for 12 months and another 24 months in the bottle, before release.

Garnet-coloured wine, aroma of forest fruits, blueberries, mixed with ripe black fruits and a little spice. Smooth with a well-balanced acidity, elegant and structured. Long, persistent and challenging finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
