Pre fermentative cold skin contact for 4 hours, followed by fermentation at 14ºC for 25 days. After fermentation, the wine was kept in the barriques for 3 months with bâtonnage.

Citric colour. Lime, green apple and mineral aromas. Highlights the freshness and minerality in the attack along with the surrounding volume. Fresh and persistent.
