Winemaking:
Manual harvest, with optimal ripeness criterion where clusters are carefully selected. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Vinified with all the care necessary to preserve the typicality and aged 18 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. To preserve the quality of this wine it isn't stabilized by cold, it is a natural product subject to create deposit with age.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with all meat dishes, game and cheeses.
