From vineyards with about 25-30 years old, planted on schist soils, grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes of 25 kg. After stalk removal and soft crushing, the grapes were pressed (pneumatic press), the wine was fermented and then defecated, a small part in new barrels of French oak, the rest in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, both with controlled turbidity. After fermentation in new French oak barrels of 225 liters, the wine aged in barrels for about 6 months. Then the batch is made. The wine was stabilized and filtered.

Tasting Notes:
Alive with shades of citrus lemon colour. Aroma very lush and fresh. Features tropical nuances such as passion fruit and pineapple and some asparagus. Taste very nice, very fruity, with ripe fruit like pineapple and melon, less tropical than the aroma, but very tasty and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 11 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif and accompany fish dishes or seafood.
