Vineyards with over 60 years. Vinification with total destemming; fermentation with the grape skin 5-6 days. Maceration after fermentation, minimum 8 days. Ageing for 6 months in new French oak, Allier and Nevers; 12 months , minimum period in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby accented colour. Intense aroma of red fruits with soft nuances of spices given by wood. Elegant structure with excellent tannins. Long and fruity finish.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
