Winemaking:After gentle destemming, the whole grape is sent to the press. The musts refined at very low pressures are then subjected to a clarification process, in order to bring it closer to the most favourable characteristics for the smooth development of the fermentation process. The start of the alcoholic fermentation takes place in vats, to then move on to the different barrels that are destined for it, new and used. The sur lies stage allows consolidating the wine's profile, in a set that is intended to be structured, with volume and a creamy texture. This wine is bottled until the summer after the harvest and greatly benefits from a prolonged period of aging in the bottle, for good integration of the wood, revealing all its organoleptic potential and aging capacity.

Tasting Notes:
Golden straw colour with greenish hues on the edges. Aromas that suggest creaminess (buttery suggestion) with hints of vanilla and very appealing floral notes of honeysuckle. Occasional touches of toast are also present. Great elegance. Very fresh in the mouth with a citric acidity (lemon and grapefruit) that gives focus and clarity to the whole. The long aftertaste suggests white pepper and nutmeg.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ready for immediate consumption, it will also benefit from an additional aging period. Serve between 10 and 12°C.
