Winemaking:
Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28º. Stage of 8 months in used French oak barrels, to soften the tannins.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Well defined ruby colour. Intense aroma of red fruits and tobacco, with toasted hints. Fruity flavour, soft and fresh. Beautiful persistence in a lingering finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect company for meat roasts or traditional Portuguese cuisine. Nice company for old cheeses.
