Tasting Notes:
Clear garnet colour, smoky scent, some mineral and berry compote hints. Soft and delicate tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position in a fresh spot far from direct natural light. It should be served at 18º.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies perfectly grilled red meat and Game. For a successful combination with the typical Alentejo gastronomy we suggest a lamb stew marinade.
