Winemaking:
Decanted for 48 hours and then cold fermented at a temperature of 14-15ºC in stainless steel vats for 2weeks.

Grape Varieties:
Roupeiro,Antão Vaz,Arinto,Semillon

Citrus-yellow coloured, it exhibits tropical mature fruit aromas blended with a tinge of honey. The palate is fresh, fruity and elegant, delivering a pleasant, lingering finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompany fish dishes and seafood.
