Winemaking:
Fermentation in a new 3000L oak vat for 32 days at a low temperature of 12ºC. Aging for 9 months in an oak vat, for micro-oxygenation, with subsequent aging in bottle for 10 months.

Grape Varieties:
Antão Vaz,Arinto,Alvarinho

Tasting Notes:
Citrus in colour, very rich in aroma, with ripe fruit and smoked wood in the background. What stands out, however, is the texture of the fruit and the concentration combined with elegance. On the palate there is lots of stone fruit, such as peach and apricot, and a touch of dried fruit, all very rich and served by perfect acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
It shall be served at 12º /14º. Keep the bottle on horizontal position. Protect from sunlight, high temperatures and humidity. Long aging potential.

Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with hard cured cheeses, fatty fish, Asian style food, poultry, pork and veal. Perfect on its own.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
