Bunch sorted prior to destemming and crushing. 48hr cold settling. 80% of the blend fermented and in new French oak barrels. 80% barrel aged in new 500L French oak barrels for 9 months giving enhanced complexity and 20% aged in stainless steel. Ageing on light lees.

Complex aromas of citrus, lychees and toast. Rich and structured palate, creamy texture, fresh acidity that gives balance and a long finish. Fermentation and partial aging in new French oak barrels leading to greater complexity.
