Winemaking:
The harvest takes place at night and in the early hours of the day to preserve the freshness and purity of aromas. Once the grapes reach the winery they are subjected to a cold pre-fermentative maceration. Grapes fermented in temperature-controlled vats at temperatures between 20 and 25º C. After malolactic fermentation, the "final blend" is made with a combination of different proportions of the single grape variety wines to achieve a perfect, fresh, fruity red wine for daily consumption.

Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal serving temperature is between 16ºC and 18ºC.
