Syrah and Touriga Franca vinified in open presses with mechanical treading and high extraction work. Touriga Nacional vinification in stainless steel vats at lower temperatures. The aim is to extract the structure of Syrah, the sharp tannins of Touriga Franca, and the freshness and fruit of Touriga Nacional. The final blend aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Well-present tannins, ripe fruit balanced with forest aromas. Barrel aromas slightly present.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
