Winemaking:
Controlled temperature fermentation in a French oak vat. This was followed by a 30-day post-fermentative maceration. Aged 16 months in barrel and then in bottle.

Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional

Intense garnet colour, aroma of plum and blackberries jam , spices, dark chocolate and coffee. Fresh and elegant with silky tannins.
