Careful selection of the fruits before the extraction. Washing and removing leaves, followed by cold extraction, in an ecological mill of two phases, with controlled temperature, without exceeding 26ºC.

Storage:

Ideal to serve raw, with intense dishes, or simply spread on a slice of toasted bread with a little fleur de sel.
