Grape Varieties:
Old Vines
Tasting Notes:
The colour retains, the nose fruity. Ripe fruit and jam. Intense smoky notes, aromas of cherry, balmy aromas and menthol. In the mouth, the alcoholic sensation is immediate. Then we discovered an alluring sweetness, a concentration of fruit without excess, in a muscled wine of high acidity and a non-aggressive tannin astringency. Along with all this seduction, there is also austerity and complexity, and the evidence of its velvety texture is a great mark of its character that endures in a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a dark place with constant temperature, ideally between 12ºC and 15ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine will surely make any lunch or dinner a memorable one. It is a fabulous accompaniment to chocolate desserts, such as chocolate pudding, but can also be enjoyed on its own - it is an experience in itself.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
