Winemaking:
After a careful selection of vines, the manual harvesting is done, with optimum maturation criterion in which the bunches are carefully selected followed by a manual selection of grapes, which go to small mills with foot steps, where they are to be vinified in the traditional method.

Tasting Notes:
Classic aromas of a young and fresh vintage with intense notes of ripe wild berries. Very aromatic and dense. It finishes with great freshness, elegance and intensity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a cool dark place (12-14 º C), in a horizontal position, with minimal vibration. Serve at a temperature of 16/18 º C.
Food Pairing:
Vintage Ports are after meal drinks. Take them with cheese like Stilton or Gorgonzola. But you can also incorporate them into a meal, combining for instance a Steak au Poivre with a young Vintage.
