Harvesting is manual and made for small boxes. The vinification is carried out by the method of pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures. Finishing this process, the wine stacks in stainless steel vats for about 4 months, in the presence of fine lees. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by the cold.

Elegant wine, citrus coloured, clean and shiny. Fresh, fruity and floral aroma. It has a harmonious and persistent finish.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Good with all kinds of meat, fish and seafood.
