Aconchego da Aldeia is the company behind the XXVI Talhas wine project in Vila Alva, Alentejo, dedicated to preserving the region's traditional clay-amphora winemaking. Its wines, including the Mestre Daniel range, are fermented and aged in traditional talhas, with extended skin contact playing an important role in their character.
