Winemaking:
Light pressing, cold decantation, alcoholic fermentation at 14-15ºC for 15 days. After this, it remained in batonnage on fine lees for 4 months. It was then inoculated and fermented in the bottle, using the classic sparkling method. Aging in bottle on lees for 22 months. Disgorgement done without dosage.

Grape Varieties:
Arinto,Chardonnay

Straw yellow color, bright and attractive, fine and persistent bubble, well identified. Discreet intensity, but rich in its aromatic components. Shows a good evolution and connection of white fruit, peach and dried fruits. Palate is structured and smooth at the same time, with very balanced acidity, good fruit, volume and creaminess without excess, providing a long and elegant finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 8ºC to 10ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany any type of fish and seafood. Perfect combination with sushi and salads.
