Winemaking: Total destemming, light pneumatic pressing, natural static decantation and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C to obtain the sparkling wine base. Second fermentation in the bottle using the classic method. Aged in the cellar for 1 year, in contact with the lees.
Grape Varieties: Arinto
Tasting Notes: Citrine yellow. On the nose it is discreet, with toasted notes on a citrine background. Typical acidity of the variety, with buttery nuances.
Store and Serve Advices: It should be consumed at a temperature between 8º and 10ºC.
Food Pairing: Perfect combination, white meat dishes, seafood and sushi.
