Careful canopy management to optimize aromatic potential of these grapes. Grapes processed at very low temperatures (12o C). Selection of bunch at entry of the cellar. Fermentation in concrete deposits, under controlled temperatures. Bâtonnage in tank until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus colour. Aroma lush fruit and seed, apricot and peach, with a touch of citrus and light notes of orange blossoms. In the mouth great volume of mouth is creamy with natural acidity and slight salinity vibrant making this wine very smooth and pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
