Winemaking:
After the pressing process, the wine was fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where it remained in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to a regular stirring for 6 months, before being bottled.

Very fresh aroma, citrus and floral notes very typical of high-altitude white wines from the Douro. Fresh citrus notes in the mouth and medium finish with live fruit.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
