Manual harvest for small boxes of 20 kg, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in traditional "lagares" with foot treading. Aging for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Notes of wild black fruit, notes of resin and wet soil, woody and floral aromas. Very soft tannins, very high acidity for the alcohol content, well integrated wood, black fruit (blueberries, blackberries) long, elegant and persistent finish with light vegetable notes. Great aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at 16° C.
Food Pairing:
It goes very well with any traditional Portuguese dish of meat and cod.
