Manual harvest. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes underwent five days of cold maceration. Fermentation took place over ten days, with daily "delestage". After alcoholic fermentation, 50% of the wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Deep ruby colour. Aroma with subtle notes of black fruits like blackberry and blueberry, coupled with notes of fig, mocha and cocoa. On the palate, remarkable freshness, excellent structure and balance, with firm tannins of great quality. The finish is complex, with great elegance and aromatic persistence.
