Winemaking:
Total destemming, long skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour. Fruity with notes of jam and wild fruits. Of great complexity, rich in noble and elegant tannins giving it longevity and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with delicacies made with grilled red meats or with sauces, game and structured cheeses.
